Hey everyone! Whether you’re curious about cleansing, a rookie cleanser or a seasoned veteran, I’m sure you’ll benefit from my experience. I’m Joshua Pall and I’ve been cleansing for 15 years. I remember when I first wanted to cleanse I was having headaches, had poor skin, and irregular bowel movements. Cleansing didn’t take care of the headaches at first, but the other two were taken care of. I was hooked.

For the first 12 ½ years of cleansing, I used a product called Colonix. You guys have probably heard of it, since it’s very popular. The main problem with Colonix, is that they don’t emphasize enough the importance of eating well (or at least as well as you can in your situation). It also seemed a little too mild for me, as I like stuff that works well, and fast.

Fast forward to 2006 when I saw a bunch of internet ads for all kinds of new and improved colon cleansers. Since I was a moderator on an online forum at the time, I decided to test a few of them out for my community. Power Colon Cleanse

Bowtrol
